If you have seen Dr Bataille in the last 12 months and come for the same condition, you can book a follow up. If it is a new issue especially with a new authorisation code from your insurance company, then it will need to be booked as a new appointment. Make sure that if you are using an insurance company they are happy to cover your visit as the authorisation code has to be obtained beforehand.

Video Consultation

Dr Bataille has an online video-consultation clinic every Friday morning. If the waiting list for face to face is too long, patients can contact Emma on the email emma@drvbataille.com or call on 07494 535 085 to book a video consultation much earlier. These remote appointments can only be booked by Emma and not via the Medical Chambers reception.
